Mission - Our mission at Semper Fit is to
conduct, encourage and inspire the quality of life programs that promote
Healthy Lifestyles through recreation, athletics, physical fitness, the
Single Marine Program and other health and wellness activities. Semper
Fit includes the Auto Skills Center, Pin City Bowling Center, Daniels
Family Fitness Center, Information, Tickets and Tours, Outdoor
Adventures, Thomason Gym, Bosma Pistol/Skeet Range, the Single Marine
Program, Health Promotions, and the Base Pool/Training Tank.
Auto Skills Center - The Auto Skills Center is located in
Bldg. 5591 and can be reached at 639-5226. We have state of the art
equipment, seven indoor bays and an outside work area. For the most
troublesome automotive problem or just routine maintenance,
comprehensive repair manuals are available along with assistance from a
professional staff. The shop also provides customers with computer
printouts with results from complete diagnostic checks and features a
laser-optical alignment service. The Auto Skills Center offers batteries
at a great price. Hours of operation are: Monday through Friday from
1100-1930 and Saturday & Sunday from 0900-1630.
BOSMA Skeet Range and Archery
Range - The Bosma Skeet Range located adjacent to the Pistol Range
in the Hill Village housing area. Price is $8.00 per round (gun and ammo
provided) or $2.00 per round (you furnish your own shotgun and ammo). A
round of skeet is 25 shots. Personal shotguns must be registered with
PMO. Price for the pistol range is $13 and includes use of our 9mm
pistols, 50 rounds of ammo, and range fee. The fee is $2 if you bring
your own gun and ammo. Hours of operation for the Skeet and Pistol Range
are 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. every 2nd Saturday of each month. For more

PIN CITY Bowling Center - The Pin City Bowling Center is located in
Bldg. 7450.
Hours of operation are: Tuesday - Friday 1630-2100
Saturday 1300-2100
Sunday, Monday & Holidays - CLOSED
Pin City Bowling Center has six lanes and they are equipped with bumper
rails, Qubica/AMF overhead monitors with graphics, and 90XLi pin
setters. We have bowling balls for customer use and shoe rental are
available.
The lanes are open to Section parties, Hail and Farewell’s, Team
Building, Birthday Parties {reservation agreement must be signed 5 days
in advance of the party} when you finish bowling move next door to Town
and Country Grill and Bar for your refreshments-no parties will be
scheduled during tournament or league play, individual & family bowling,
the center will also host tournaments, and league bowling {kids/youth,
and adult-handicap}.
Bowling Center will provide professional coaching for group and
individuals, the charge is $35.00 this includes shoe rental, lane
rental, and instruction for one hour. Call the Bowling Center attendant
on duty and setup an appointment.
Our FULL SERVICE PRO SHOP has bowling ball, shoes and bag in stock along
with a selection of accessories, and if we don’t have it stock what you
want we can order the item for you. We will custom fit and drill your
new Bowling ball, plug and drill your old bowling ball and install
inserts. We also provide you with needed bowling ball maintenance
(resurfacing, sand and polishing).

The Driving Range includes a chipping green with a sand trap, and marked
yardage at 100, 150 and 200 target greens. A ball dispenser issues 32-35

located in Bldg. 7960! You will find a certified personal trainer,
Selectorized Body Master equipment, stationary and recumbent bicycles,
treadmills and stair steppers. Other equipment includes cross trainers,
dumbbells and assorted free weights. Shower and locker room facilities
are available. Co-ed sauna and steam room too! Fitness assessments

Health Promotions - The Semper Fit Health Promotion Program,
Daniel's Family Fitness Center, includes nine educational elements: tobacco use prevention
and cessation; physical fitness; injury prevention;
nutrition; stress
management; suicide awareness; alcohol and substance abuse prevention
and control; early identification and control of hypertension; and STD
and HIV transmission prevention. Classes are offered to cover each of

Information, Tickets & Tours - The ITT Office is located
in the Marine Corps Exchange Mall, Bldg. 7500. It is your Disney
Headquarters offering Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets plus discount
tickets to surrounding attractions, such as Sea World Adventure Park in
Orlando, Universal Orlando and Busch Gardens in Tampa. We also offer
great savings on popular Georgia parks such as Wild Adventures, Six
Flags Over Georgia and Zoo Atlanta. Tickets are available for other
local events. Hotel reservations can be booked and ITT offers trips year
round. If you are looking for fun things to do, places to go, and
vacation plans stop by and pick up some of our brochures on tourists

Outdoor Adventures -
Outdoor Adventures is located in the former 7 Day Store, Bldg. 7531.
They offer recreation equipment for your use. The warehouse provides
camping gear, campers, canopies, grills, smokers, and more. Having a
party and need tables and chairs? Having a child's party, and need
something fun for the kid's to romp around in? Check out the
Inflatable Jumpers available to rent by the day or weekend. Cash,
checks, and major credit cards are accepted. 639-5221/5241.

Single Marine Program - The Single Marine Program offers a
wide variety of events for our single Marines and Sailors aboard MCLB.
Take a trip or volunteer during your free time. There is always

Thomason Gym - Thomason
Gym/Athletic Section, located in Bldg. 7360, has a variety of
activities available for all...basketball, racquetball and intramural
sports. The racquetball court is located beside the Gym. Special
events range from Slam Dunk contests to stiff sports competition.
Intramural sports are offered including two leagues of basketball,
fall and summer, volleyball, golf and softball. Youth sports are also
